B.S. and M.S. in mechanical engineering. More than 37 years experience in engineering management and manufacturing plant management with companies including Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, International Paper, and an extensive career with Caterpillar

More than 25 years ownership, management of commercial real estate/property management companies in California — strong skills in sales, customer service, finance. Studied marketing at California Polytechnic University. Joined N.E.W. in 2009.

B.A. degree in accounting with course work in turnaround. More than 30 years’ experience as CFO and Controller for major companies in multiple industries including diverse categories of manufacturing, as well as meat processing.

Past instructor of computer skills at Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College. More than 33 years experience as IT Manager for companies including Marine Travelift and multiple machining operations in Wisconsin.

Industries total staff numbers more than 200 manufacturing engineers, programmers, supervisors, set-up specialists, machinists, fixture makers, welders, operators, administrators, procurement specialists, planners, and customer service specialists with tenure at N.E.W. Industries dating back to the Company’s founding in 1983.
