Chris Moore
President/CEO/Owner
B.S. degree and 25 years experience in large corporations including Miller Brewing Company/Philip Morris. Acquired N.E.W. Industries in April, 2000, which has grown almost thirteen-fold since.

Jeff Moore
Vice-President – Manufacturing
B.A. degree with business and psychology emphasis, and 30+ years experience in manufacturing sales and sales management. Joined N.E.W. in 2008 from Marshalltown masonry and cement tool company.

Tina Rogers
VP – Finance & Administration
B.A. degree in accounting with course work in turnaround. More than 30 years’ experience as CFO and Controller for major companies in multiple industries including diverse categories of manufacturing, as well as meat processing.

Dan Moore
Vice President – Sales
More than 25 years ownership, management of commercial real estate/property management companies in California — strong skills in sales, customer service, finance. Studied marketing at California Polytechnic University. Joined N.E.W. in 2009.

Dave Pfahl
Director – Supply Chain and Material Flow
Degreed Certified Purchasing Manager, C.P.M.. More than 29 years purchasing, materials, and operations experience with companies including Alpha Gary Corporation and Weather Shield Windows & Doors.

Dave Moore
Director-Manufacturing Engineering
Associate of Applied Science degree in computer drafting and design. Skilled machinist and more than 20 years machining and engineering management experience. Joined N.E.W. Industries in 2001.

Rob Thielen
Director – Quality
B.S. in science and ASQ member. More than 41 years machining, tooling, and extensive quality management experience in multiple major tool and machining companies in Texas and Wisconsin.

Ryan Alexander
Director-Production
Almost 25 years in production and in manufacturing supervision and management including WS Packaging and N.E.W. Industries, and possesses extensive lean manufacturing and 6-S skills.

Geoff Sansom
Manager – Estimating, Pricing, and Eng. Systems
B.A. in management. More than 21 years experience in technical systems and sales in England, and fabrication and CNC machining in Wisconsin.

Christine Conlon
Director-Human Resources
Business Management education at University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and Green Bay. More than 30 years’ experience with Walmart, Inc. including extensive store operations management, enterprise staff development programs, as well as asset management, and accounting and audit.

Jake Schinktgen
Tooling Manager
A.S. in Industrial Mechanics and Machine Tools. More than 30 years experience in CNC machining, programming, supervision, and tooling management at N.E.W. Industries. Joined N.E.W. in 1989.

Jim Anschutz
IT Manager
Past instructor of computer skills at Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College. More than 33 years experience as IT Manager for companies including Marine Travelift and multiple machining operations in Wisconsin.
N.E.W. Industries total staff numbers more than 200 manufacturing engineers, programmers, supervisors, set-up specialists, machinists, fixture makers, welders, operators, administrators, procurement specialists, planners, and customer service specialists with tenure at N.E.W. Industries dating back to the Company’s founding in 1983.
